Refund Policy
GEN credit purchases are final. Refunds are available only if record creation fails due to a technical error on our end — submit a request within 14 business days of purchase. Successfully created records cannot be reversed or refunded. Network congestion may delay creation but is not grounds for a refund. For questions, contact [email protected].
