What's Available Now

While the dedicated Shelter role is in development, shelters can use the app today as a Pet Owner:

Complete Health Documentation

  • Track vaccinations, medical treatments, and procedures for each animal
  • Record medications, ongoing conditions, and vet visits
  • Scan veterinary documents with built-in OCR
  • Export health records as professional PDFs

Pet Identity Certificates

  • Create notarized pet identity certificates ($5 per certificate*)
  • Certificates prove health records are authentic and unaltered
  • Share health records with adopters via PDF or QR code

  • Pet names never stored on blockchain
  • You control your data completely

Planned Shelter Features

Here's what we're exploring for a future dedicated Shelter role. Features and timelines are subject to change based on user feedback and development priorities.

1

Multi-Animal Management

Dashboard designed for managing dozens or hundreds of animals. Quick status views, batch operations, and intake workflows.

2

Adoption Workflow

Streamlined process from intake to adoption. Track adoption status, generate adoption paperwork, and transfer records seamlessly.

3

Shelter Profile & Transparency

Optional public profile showing your shelter name notarized on adopted pets' records. Build trust with verifiable adoption history.

4

Volunteer & Staff Access

Share access with volunteers and staff. Role-based permissions for viewing and updating records.

5

Intake Source Tracking

Document where animals come from—surrenders, strays, transfers. Complete intake records help you provide better care and maintain organized documentation.

Why a Digital Notary for Shelters?

Notarized digital records help shelters in several ways:

  • Adopter Confidence: Prove health records are authentic and complete
  • Veterinarian Trust: Vets can verify records haven't been altered
  • Protect Your Organization: Tamper-proof documentation protects against false claims
  • Better Care Continuity: Complete, verified records follow animals to their new homes
  • Support Traceability: Help create industry-wide documentation and visibility
Simple & Affordable: $5 per certificate*, paid with regular credit card. No technical knowledge needed - we handle the complexity. Volume discounts available.

Every Animal Deserves a Second Chance

Shelters save lives every day. You take in animals who've lost their homes, nurse them back to health, and find them families who will love them. We're building technology to support that mission.

Their Story Travels With Them

Every animal has a history. When you document the care you've provided — vaccinations, treatments, behavioral notes — that history becomes part of their identity. Adopters know what their new family member has been through.

Reuniting Lost Pets

Microchip verification combined with documented records helps you reunite lost pets with their families faster. When a scared, confused animal arrives at your door, verified records can mean the difference between a long shelter stay and going home.

Successful Adoptions

Adopters who understand an animal's medical history and temperament are better prepared. Fewer surprises means fewer returns — and fewer animals back in cages when they should be in loving homes.

"The greatness of a nation can be judged by the way its animals are treated." — Mahatma Gandhi
